We’re very happy to hold Booty Barre® certifications in various studios around the world. We only require a minimum of 10 people. We hold courses on a regular basis across the USA to find the next one please click here. The pre-requisites for The Booty Barre®certification are the following. If you’re currently enrolled in one these certifications, you may take the course but cannot teach until we receive a copy of the certification of one of the below courses.- Pilates mat
- Primary Group Fitness
- Personal Trainer
- Yoga
- Accredited Dance Instructor
- Does the course qualify for any continuing education credits?
Yes, the Primary Instructor Training course qualifies for 13 AFAA CEU’s. - How long does it take to receive my final certificate?
After completion of the certification you will be required to submit a video of you teaching a class. These videos should not be submitted no later than 60 days after the certification. There is a $50 fee to submit a video and receive your certificate. - How do I get graded in my final practical?
You will be marked on your musicality, clear vocal cues, encouragement, safety, executing the exercises correctly and correct repertoire. Each instructor will receive a detailed report on their execution of The Booty Barre® technique. - What happens if I fail?
If you’re not successful in your first attempt you can submit another video another 30 days later with a $75.00 fee. If after the second time you’re still not successful we advise you to retake the certification program again at 50 percent off the original fee. We’re dedicated to the highest standard and also supporting the teacher to be the best that they can be. - What continuing education do I take to keep my certification current?
We require each instructor to do one day of the Booty Barre® Master classes or continuing education that will be available online once a year and in one of our flagship studios. - How do we hold certifications of The Booty Barre® internationally?
We’re expanding into different countries and looking for the right candidates to take Booty Barre® into your country.
